The organic hotel in a manor house with an annex is surrounded by meadows, 10 km from Bothmer Castle and 16 km from the Baltic Sea. The manor house was completely restored according to building biology principles, taking into account the old building fabric – the result is an architectural jewel in harmony with the environment. The rooms are stylish, cosy and ecological. 14 of them are in the manor house. Another 16 rooms are housed in a new building designed according to ecological criteria. Electro smog has been reduced in all rooms. WiFi is only available in one room. The rooms are screened off by clay walls, and the electrical appliances can be switched off overnight. The food is purely vegetarian (including vegan and gluten- / lactose-free). Most of the ingredients come from our own farm.
