The South Tyrolean farmhouse from the 16th century was rebuilt at the beginning of 2000 according to building biology criteria and offers all comforts in its holiday apartments (even without TV). In the lower Gsiesertal there are neither high-voltage lines nor cell phone masts. This means that there is a very low level of electro smog exposure. The installations for lighting and electricity are all made of shielded cables. This makes the house ideal for electro-sensitive people. There is a conscious decision not to use wireless data transmission, which means that the house is completely WiFi-free. However, if it is not possible to do without the Internet for professional or private reasons, Internet connections via Ethernet sockets (RJ 45) are available in all apartments.
