Douce Mountain Farm

Douce Mountain Farm is situated in the Southwestern part of Ireland. To the 49 acres farm belongs a guesthouse, which is a 10-minute walk away. The guesthouse – which was extended respecting ecological and building biology standards – accommodates up to 9 guests. Individuals are welcome as well as small groups who wish to experience outer and inner stillness. Part of the guesthouse is a spacious and bright yoga and meditation room. The host is a certified zen teacher and offers daily Zazen (seated stillness meditation).
The food is carefully prepared in the own kitchen, based on organically grown ingredients. No TV, radio, wifi or telephone in the guesthouse (there is reception for mobile phones, though).
