The Pigsty
A temple for the pigs. Not kidding! The pigsty was built at the end of the 19th century to accommodate two pigs. The pigs‘ keepers lived in two adjacent cottages. The Landmark Trust restored the building making a few small, careful changes such as enlarging the windows. From the house you can enjoy a magnificent view over the hills to Robin Hood’s Bay. The house sleeps two people and like all Landmark Trust buildings it is not equipped with neither TV nor Wi-Fi.
